What this means:

To become a member in good standing of the MPS™ National Network, our legal team was required to successfully complete the MPS™ Medicaid Practice Program, a rigorous six-day training course and continuing follow-up education program that focuses specifically on the complex legal issues relating to Medicaid estate planning. Membership in the MPS™ Network enables our firm to use specialized MPS™ Trademarked Medicaid trusts and other proprietary legal instruments and procedures not available at non-MPS™ Network firms.
