David J. Zumpano CPA, Esq.
Attorney at Law
David J. Zumpano was born and raised in Central New York. He attended LeMoyne College and began his professional career with Price Waterhouse as a staff accountant. He graduated from Syracuse College of Law and started his legal career with a regional law firm. After two short years, he started the Law Offices of David J. Zumpano, remaining “of counsel” to his former firm. Since, his firm has grown twenty fold and is now known as the Estate Planning Law Center. The Estate Planning Law Center serves as a “model law firm” for hundreds of law firms across the country. Dave’s practice remains focused on estate planning and elder law. Dave has become a regular speaker to several national banking and financial institutions, as well as several national legal organizations, including WealthCounsel, LLC, Advisor’s Forum, LLC, National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and American Association of Attorney-CPAs. He has been featured on many local, regional and national newspaper, TV and radio programs including National Public Radio. He is also a graduate of the Esperti Peterson Institute for Advanced Wealth Strategies.
In addition to his law firm, Dave owns and operates Medicaid Practice Systems, LLC (MPS). MPS has educated more than a thousand attorneys all over the United States on how to provide successful Medicaid Planning strategies to clients.
Dave is also a “life” coach with Coach for Life, Inc., which helps professionals across the United States develop successful professional businesses and more rewarding lives.
Dave has published articles on Medicaid planning, asset preservation, charitable giving, and is a contributing author to Giving: Philanthropy for Everyone, published October 2002. He is currently working on a book on Medicaid.
Dave’s first priority and passion is his wife, Christine, and their children, Maria, Olivia, and Angelo.
